Joint breeding co-operation, Barenbrug and Oseva UniThe Royal Barenbrug Group of the Netherlands and Oseva Uni a.s. of the  Czech Republic entered into a joint breeding and marketing agreement in grass and legumes.

 

The co-operation will lead to a better competitive position for both companies in the continental climate regions throughout the world. Barenbrug will exclusively test, produce and market new grass and legume varieties developed by Oseva Uni at a global level. Oseva Uni will do the same with Barenbrug varieties in the Czech and Slovak Republic. In addition, Barenbrug and Oseva will extensively exchange plant material and breeding methods in order to develop even further improved varieties.
